"We usually stay here every year for our High School Reunion. Always clean. Staff is always courteous and efficient. Problems with key cards deactivating daily. Was to the point we needed the key card reprogrammed every time we returned to the property. Other than that, great stay."

"The first room i was given had something similar to blood on the floor. The second room smelled stale. The toilet was covered with hair and the floor was sticky. The coffee machine in the lobby never worked in the 4 days we were there."
