Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All used food and beverages must be removed from the refrigerator, pantry, and cabinets. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery should be placed in dishwasher. Place All used towels in hallway bath tub.

Used beds, leave unmade. Garbage from all trash cans should be removed. Clean grill and utensils, if used. Make sure propane is turned off & grill is covered. Firepit, make sure to clean that out.

Set Thermostat at 70 degrees on heating/cooling. Make sure you have personal belongings. Lights off, except front porch lights & 2 lamps on timer in livingroom. All doors are locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please delete any personal accounts, i.e. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc, from the Smart TV prior to departure.

Fantastic property! Loved being on the marsh, walking distance to Ocean Crest Pier, the king size comfy bed and outdoor shower! We will definitely be booking this house again in the future. Organized, clean, great communication, thoughtfulness and an overall feeling of staying at a friend's house. The location is great & the house is comfortable with great indoor and outdoor spaces. You can walk over the marsh and the canal, kayak right out of the backyard at high tide, and relax on 2 porches with comfy couches. The home was welcoming, clean, and such a great location. Close to the beach and lovely views of the marsh behind the house. Since it was early December when we visited it was chilly but Sunny a few of the days and we hunkered down on the rainy day. There are plenty of staples, dishes, cookware, etc for making meals. I would love to come visit again in early summer or fall.

Happy I chose this home! It was clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed relaxing and eating on the porch. Teens could easily walk to the beach. They also liked playing cornhole. Home had everything we needed.

Idyllic Beach Get Away

Pelican Sol is simply wonderful. I was jusr having a quick overnight beach stay and hit the jackpot with this rental. It's well maintained inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and the marsh is literally in your backyard. The owners were great communicators & had lots of top notch extra touches. I definitely plan to come back for a longer stay.
