"Great area on the inlet, pool, and hot tub.A 3 min bike ride to the beach, so much easier than driving and paying to park.Groceries, restaurants, and Brewery a short drive.We would definitely stay again!!"

"We booked an oceanfront room, upon check in we were told we would be on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront view, we went to store and went back to check in and the previous girl helping us wasn't there, the room we got was "oceanfront " but you can not see the ocean , very disappointed with this , we paid for and oceanfront view, so just know if you book you might not get the view you requested. The bottom floor rooms should be cheaper then the second. Very disappointed."

"Our host were kind pleasant and helpful. You almost forget that they are not part of your family. Simply wonderful people helping others have a wonderful stay."

"Beach view was great, easy access to beach area. House was clean and as pictured other than back porch area, photo pictured big chase lounge, though it had a couch and 2 rocking chairs, 1 was broken and unable to use. Outside needed landscaping done, stairs and picnic table was overgrown with weeds. Landscaping and Materials laid around property made car port area not super welcoming. Hot tub was not cleaned prior to check in, maintenance occurred during stay which was mentioned could happen. Inside house was super cute and well decorated! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Overall a good stay, small improvements to outside areas would help tremendously as that’s what you see first upon arrival. Heather communicated as needed during our stay and was helpful with whatever needed. "

"We chose not to bring our pet this vacation. There was a house between us and the ocean, but you could see the ocean from this vacation home. It was peaceful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our brunch. We really enjoyed our time here and found the vacation home clean and cozy for our family. We would be happy to stay here again sometime and plan on telling our friends about this place."

"Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. "

"The house was great overall. Very clean and had everything you need for a long weekend stay. The beds were not the most comfortable thing, but that’s pretty typical in rentals from my experience. The extra bedroom outside was fantastic since we had a baby with us! Gave her a safe, quiet place to sleep. The only other down fall was the automatic locking of the back door. Every time you went out you had to unlock the door to come back inside. It was a little annoying but not horrible."

"Traveled with my dog... The area is very dog friendly...My first time to Oak Island. Everything exceeded my expectations. Close to the beach the island offer's several restaurants to choose from. My accommodations was great. The neighborhood absolutely beautiful.."
