A Shore Thing Next 2 Ocean! Pool!
Steps away from the ocean! Relax into island time in this bright, one bed, 1.5 bath condo with sleeper sofa (living room) and private patio. When you’re not soaking up rays on the beach, enjoy a short walk north to the pier and Freeman Park or travel 1.5 miles south to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, named “one of the most awesome boardwalks in America,” by Budget Travel. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind from your daily hassles!
The cozy living room of this unit is open to the kitchen, making the space feel larger than it is. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay, and there is seating for up to 4 people at the barstools by the peninsula. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Start your morning off on the covered balcony to enjoy the fresh, sea air!
Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony space, and community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.
You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in the parking lot of the building. There is no designated spot, it is first come first served.

Great area
Had a great stay here. Close to the beach was very nice. Parking wasn’t the greatest. One night there where no spots available so I had to park at the neighboring property and had to get up early to see if there was a spot for me to park. Parking definitely could have been better, but other than that, it was great. Thanka

Perfect for what we were looking for!
We only had one hiccup upon arrival and Jody was timely and responsive and got it taken care of promptly and made it right. It was the perfect stay for us, and the location was great- we even extended our stay!

my partner and i live in durham and were looking for a quick getaway to kick off the summer. this property was the perfect space for the two of us, extremely well appointed and well located. would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again !
