"Phone in room did not work! Went to front desk, no attendant available. Used the elevator phone to call attendant still none. Walked into slippery floor as if baby oil had been spilt, fire alarm went off at 1230am.... again no working phone, called the front desk to ask if everything was ok from my cell phone, attendant did answer and said it was an issue with their system. In the morning no hot water. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone."
