Bed was comfortable, didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed and bathroom counter wasn’t the cleanest. Staff was friendly and continental breakfast area was clean and well kept.

I'm not really sure how to explain it. The staff was super nice and helpful when needed. Our TV never worked, only ch.3. She did try to help us but couldn't get it to work. The toilet seat was broken, so it slid to the side. A lot of things needed an upgrade or some TLC. The room smelled of mildew and you could visibly see it in certain areas. The walls had stains. We stuck it out until the morning, but I'll probably never revisit the location.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. This was just a quick, unplanned, overnight stay for us so I can’t really comment on the area. It was very quiet so we slept well for 8 hours so we could safely continue our journey. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Needs Updated

Wasn’t a terrible hotel. We were just passing through and needed a bed for the night. The room just felt really dated and gave off a “dirty” vibe. We did see two cockroaches crawling on our stuff in middle of night. Zero sign of any other pests. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff wonderful. It was one of the cheapest rates in town and we got what we paid for.

Disappointing service

There was no one at the front desk for check-in. I had to find someone to call the front desk clerk to check me in. The room was clean and pleasant. The next morning there was no coffee available. I had to find someone to make coffee at 8:00 a during breakfast. The service at this hotel was very disappointing.

Check in was easy. The clerks were nice. But there were big rolls of carpet in the lobby. The air was hot and sticky. The smoking area outside was terrible and felt unsafe, I think there were homeless people hanging around. Our room was ok, the air did not cool our room. Our door was jacked up, from struggling to get it open to forcing it to close. I would not recommend a family with children to stay here or a female traveling alone. But I guess you get what you pay for. Very sketchy area, hard to get to.

My stay was extremely stressful however not due to Quality Inn. The staff are so sweet & helpful considering the reason my youngest son & I were staying here. Very clean, great air conditioning & comfortable beds. Good Experience overall

Not so great experience

When we got there the first floor was extremely humid and the room wasn't the cleanest. The sink in our bathroom had caulk peeling from around it and you coud see the mold around it, and the shower curtain was filthy and the smell of mildew was unbelievable. The second floor was humid as well and water was draining to the first floor from an broken ac unit. The customer service was good they were really nice and helpful but the overall cleanliness could have been way better and the doors to the lobby didnt shut all the way so that didnt help with it already being hot outdoors. This is more of a 1 star hotel.
