"I wanted to share a concern about my stay. The toilet in my room was not working properly, and a staff member initially showed me how to fix the chain myself. Unfortunately, the issue kept happening, and I had to call three different times to have it addressed. While I appreciate the staff trying to help, I don’t feel it’s reasonable for a guest to repeatedly fix a maintenance issue during their stay. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer some form of compensation or a small discount on the room. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so situations like this can be handled differently in the future. "

"Staff and hotel were great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities such as the pool/hot tub/sauna/workout room were all in good condition. The Lido bar in the hotel lobby was very accommodating and there was plenty of tables and chairs in the lobby area for large groups to bring in food and have dinner if they chose to do so."
