A localização é perfeita, bem próximo a feira do sol, padaria, açaiteria, dentre outros. Possui manobrista, um cafezinho no rall de entrada que também é um lugar bem agradável. A minha única queixa é com relação a cama, pois o colchão, apesar de ser bem espaçoso(tamanho king), ele estava muito afundado, acredito que por ter muito tempo de uso.
