Renovated, tasteful furnishings: upper floor: large living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC, double hand-basin and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: open, 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 3nd upper floor: large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
