Great staff and clean hotel. Casino inside looks brand new a little off the strip but worth it for the price.

The hotel staff are great! They try hard and do a fine job! Amenities are lacking; no microwave in rooms, no coffee maker, no complimentary bottled waters. At this price level I expect those things to be there. The casino floor and other facilities are fine, but the non-smoking areas are not enforced at all. Once you leave your room you can have a lit cigarette in your face at anytime. Overall, not bad. Rooms are nice.

Everything was perfect the convenience of the location. The restaurants, housekeeping, rooms were spacious would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

The food was amazing. Loved the shopping mall and the pools were amazing. The room was very spacious and clean.

Stayed only one night, check in and out needed to line up. On-line options were not functional although the QR codes were on the signs to "skip the line", very frustrating. The WiFi log in did not work and it took at least 20 min for someone to call me back on my personal phone, all lines were busy and they can't call back on the room phone for some reason, who knows why? Because the in-person check out was taking forever, I did key drop with no incidentals to pay for. But now I have a random charge for a breakfast I was not even present on the property for, after I had dropped off my keys, hope it is resolved soon but who's in a rush to give money back? Always check out in person at this property, anyone can charge stuff to your room without any identification. Unlikely to stay here again.
