Unfortunate experience with housekeeping. No show on two of first three days. Room was fine and exceeded normal size. Bath and shower area needed attention. Poor and broken grouting and discoloured. King bed was very comfortable. Overall reasonably happy on our 58th wedding anniversary but, as in many Vegas hotels, some upgrading is required. However the Westgate is in a superb location for the monorail and being steeped in entertainment history is still worth a stay and/or a visit. Due to illness the Manilow show was cancelled on several dates so people with pre/purchased tickets would lose out. Vdery majestic hotel and casino overall, George S B Scotland

Such an amazing place to stay. The condo hotel was huge with a full kitchen 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room and private bedroom. Washer and Dryer as well. Comfortable bed and place to stay. Clean and had more than what we needed. The walk to the nearby casinos is through a covered connector which was really nice. We loved our stay here and thought it was amazing. When we checked in at Vdara they let us know that even though it was owner owned they there for anything we needed. Valet parking was included for free which was a huge bonus. We don't normally need daily cleaning so that was not an issue for us at all. We loved our stay. It exceeded our expectations and was wonderful! I hope to book another stay here. Fantastic location and stay all around!!!!

Everything is excellent!!

This was just a glorified motel. Nothing special. Completely overpriced. The rooms were filthy as well as the halls and walls. The quality and cleanliness and amenities are the same as four queens on Fremont for half the price.

The overall experience was worth it. The room was comfortable. We did have a technical issue with the TV, but IT was quickly sent to remedy the situation. The tub and shower were big and roomy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub. The room did show it's age though, with leaking fixtures and a backed-up shower drain. Things that can easily be remedied with some updates and a little maintenance. Every employee we interacted with was helpful, friendly and communicated clearly. We enjoyed tiramisu at the restaurant for dessert and only wish we had ordered more. The serving was plenty, the tiramisu was well made and delicious. We traveled as a family of four and the kids were never treated as an inconvenience by any of the staff. The amenity areas of the hotel only available to the guests were clean, quiet and enjoyable, with great views. The air in the hotel was clean and we had no allergy issues, it definetly smelled better than the urine scented Las Vegas Strip. The valet service was very convenient, as parking in the area is limited. There was one lady that did seem to make herself busy if she sensed you were going need her to move from her perch at the valet desk and actually do something. She was the only individual that was not pleasant and it was obvious she didn't want to do the job she was doing. Overall, the experience was one I would pay for again, as most places I don't even want to turn the bed down Nothing in life can be perfect.
