Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Travellers and would definitely come back. The customer service was spectacular. We were first greeted by Elias, then the rest of the staff and all was immensely appreciated. Huge apprciation to the chef, who would come out at the end and individually ask us what our thoughts were. The buffet food was so delicious. To top it off, we were sick and he even cooked up a rice dish especially for us. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and need a renovation....

The Neptune Beach Resort provided a great location for a peaceful and relaxing break. The hotel was clean and well maintained; similarly the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only issues with the room were that there was only one channel on the TV and the fact that a fee was charged for the in room safe. I choose the all inclusive option with respect to meals and drinks. I was not disappointed with the quality and variety of food and drinks available - Unlimited Tusker beer, locally...

We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were very clean and presented just as we imagined. The food was very good, buffet breakfast and dinner was something to look forward to, all variety of dishes and plenty of fruits and vegetables to eat. The resturant had a show to entertain us at dinner time, which the whole family was looking forward to. I say family, because it was my wife and i, plus her adult sisters and their mum. 5 of us.
