In addition, no sea room view, which was my main aim. So, your offers should be more detailed. First time going through your site and very disappointed. Got my lawer working on this… Without a refund, you can trust I may give my opinion on sites. Hope you will be honest and give an optmistic result to this...

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

Also you should not stay at this hotel if your wish is to relax because every weekend there are loud parties with random people, which also leads to a dirty and unuseable pool/garden. The cherry on top is the "breakfast", given you are looking for food similar to prison. "
