The beach is located outside the complex and easy to access not even 3 minutes walking, you can also visit the crocodiles at the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary, about five miles away. Craving some culture? Dip down to Puerto Vallarta for dozens of local restaurants, boutiques, art museums, and attractions. Sip coffee or a cocktail on the shady lanai, then head inside to make some breakfast.

The open, light-filled space combines the dining area, living room, and full, well-equipped kitchen. After the day's adventures, relax with friends and family in the living room while catching up on your favorite TV shows. Such a lovely stay

We stayed 9 weeks. If you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t it—only because it shows some wear and tear. BUT it’s an absolutely lovely condo and so conveniently located to the beach. There isn’t much of a night life around but if that’s what you’re looking for, Puerto Vallarta is probably where you need to be and not Nuevo. EVERYONE was very gracious and accommodating during our stay. Ricardo was available for questions or issues. (Thank you, Ricardo). This condo is not very convenient for long term stays as there is no washer/dryer and the closest laundry is a 35 minute walk away. (We walk everywhere ) But if you’re here for a week or two, it’s perfect. I read an above reply regarding w/d which said none of the units have them but owners definitely have w/d. Perhaps just none of the rentals. I do need to mention the traffic noise. There is ZERO filter of noise through the windows. It’s VERY loud. Definitely need earplugs to sleep. It’s even difficult to hear the TV over traffic noise sometimes. The beds are SO comfortable (hard). Beach chairs would have been an added bonus, as we were so conveniently located by the beach. All in all, we would highly recommend this condo. We loved our stay.

El lugar está muy céntrico, accesible y bien comunicado, hay restaurantes cercanos. El Condominio está hermoso e impecablemente cuidado en sus áreas comunes, tiene el plus de que la puerta de salida a la playa está justo al frente del acceso a la playa, de manera que su ubicación es perfecta. El departamento está muy bien cuidado, limpio y bien atendido y lo mejor de todo es la accesibilidad, amabilidad y disposición de Toai e Irma para facilitar todo lo que se requiere con respecto al departamento. Gente muy linda y amable. La pasamos súper !!
