The condo features 4 main bedrooms plus a separate service room, each with its own private bathroom. The layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a large beachfront terrace just steps from the gardens and the beach.

Private Jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi is available at ambient temperature at no additional charge. If you would like it heated, the service is available for $2,000 MXN for up to 8 hours, reaching approximately 36°C, depending on weather conditions. Heating must be requested at least one day in advance so it can be scheduled.

Resort & Hotel Amenities
Guests have access to select shared amenities, including swimming pools, direct beach access, oceanfront common areas, and other facilities within the complex. Certain hotel-operated services, including restaurants, bars, spa services, or other facilities, may require direct payment, consumption, or the purchase of a day pass in accordance with the hotel’s current policies.

Important: This condominium is privately owned and independently managed and is not operated by Fiesta Americana.

Optional Housekeeping
Additional cleaning service is available for $1,000 MXN per day and can be scheduled upon request.

The published nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so Stayz can calculate the applicable total. Additional guests are charged $1,000 MXN per person, per night, when applicable.
