Only 13 minutes walking distance to the beach or 4 minutes in a car. Just right downstairs you will find restaurants like Mr. Cream pancakes & Waffles for amazing breakfast, La Dolce Vita a delicious Italian restaurant, Buonissimo for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a bike rental place as it’s very safe and convenient to bike around the area, as we are conveniently located in the Plaza 3.14. This enchanting property also offers amenities like a big terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening favorite drink. Excellent Stay in Nueve Nayarit
Patricia is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had.The property is in a nice area. It is clean and well equipped.We highly recommend the property and Patricia as a host.

Great stay !
We enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s home, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large patio which was great for our morning coffee. The condo is walking distance to quite a few restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Patricia was always very quick to answer our questions when needed. We definitely want to return.
