# HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay, we kindly ask all guests to follow these condominium rules:
1. Please notify us at least **30 minutes before your arrival** so we can prepare for your check-in and make the process as smooth as possible.
2. Failure to comply with the condominium rules may result in fines ranging from **$2,000 MXN to $5,000 MXN**, depending on the violation.
3. Hanging clothing, towels, or any other items on railings, walls, or balconies is strictly prohibited.
4. Proper swimwear is required when using the swimming pools.
5. The parking area is underground and subject to availability due to limited capacity.
6. Excessive noise is not permitted inside the apartments or in common areas.
7. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within the condominium.
8. The condominium has **3 towers and 3 swimming pools**. Guests may only use the pool and common areas assigned to the tower where their unit is located.
9. Moving furniture, lounge chairs, or any other items from their designated locations is not permitted.
10. Access to the beach from **Terra Tower** is located beside the parking area within the complex.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Visitors or additional guests who are not registered in the reservation are not permitted.
13. Glass containers, bottles, and any other glass items are prohibited in all common areas.
14. Beach access is available **24 hours a day**.
