"We had a very difficult time with the WiFi. We would continually get kicked off. We couldn’t stay connected and had to repeatedly retype the password and MAYBE it would be accepted."

"Staff at the hotel were great - very welcoming, friendly & to help in all areas. Check in was good, room ready when we arrived an hour early which was great. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, regularly replenished however on our first morning it would have been helpful to have the process explained very briefly as we almost used the wrong coffee machine! Bar was nice & staff were really friendly. Room was fine, bedroom area was ok although a mirror in this area would be helpful as the bathroom was far too hot to get ready in. The whole room was quite warm although opening windows & closing curtains as soon as we arrived helped, as did the fan in the room - without this it would be very uncomfortable. Bathroom was a little dated in design although it was clear the shower, taps etc had been updated to a rainfall shower which was great, the tiles etc just looked dated alongside the newer fixtures. A few areas could benefit from a deeper clean eg the vanity mirror was dusty. The safe didnt work so we asked reception to look at it. It seemed as though we had timed the system out but even after they looked at it whilst we were out, it still didnt work. Housekeeping was at request which was fine as we only stayed 3 nights. Reception had extra towels, tea/milk etc so we just asked for those as we needed them. Overall it was a good stay, decent location, and we like to explore on foot so that was good for us. Communal areas nicely decorated."

"If you haven’t experienced cabinn, it’s basically a no nonsense hotel with cruise ship like rooms with self check in and check out. This property is basic, but clean and well located. There is a huge mall next door and it’s easy to get to with the metro station just a couple of blocks away, There is no ac, so be aware in summer months."

"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"
