I had a wonderful stay here. The room was in excellent condition and very well-maintained. Even though the hotel was at full capacity during my visit, I was impressed by how quiet it was; I couldn't hear any noise from other guests. ​Everything was spotless and all the advertised services were fully available. A special mention goes to the bed—it was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!

I loved the supet soft quality blankets, the heater that worked in the room. The reception staff as amazing and friendly to my daughter. I was realy impressed. The hotel felt like a home. 10 out of 10. I will highly recommend to stay there again and to put family in they come for a visit.

Room dirty cup was that sticky it stuck to my hand pubic hair in the shower floor very dirty hand basin dirty walls dirty carpet sticking the swimming pool was shut down by the council hygienic standards none of the free cable TV channels work bad reception on normal TV

Although the rooms were neat tidy and well provisioned the front office was our main issue. Although the message we had said that staff were there from 8 am to 8 pm and that check in was after 2 pm when we arrived at 2:15 pm there was no one around. There was a phone number but it went to a message service and we were not called back. Fortunately there was staff around that we spyed after 15 mins and they were able to give us a key to our room.
