"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better:
Guests now have to pay for parking.
There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept .
Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior...
