The space

LOCATION
The building is located near the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the central city square Trg Sloboda, in Dunavski park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress.

The best restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets, a supermarket IDEA and AROMA, Futoska market are next door.

It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive.

ACCOMODATION
The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It was fully renovated in 2018, has three levels and is full of air and light, its total area is 70 sq. m with the following structure:

1. A large living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat 43-inch TV with hundreds both international and local cable channels.

2. A master-bedroom with a king-size double bed 160x200 with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets.

3. A second bedroom at a gallery with two single beds 90x200 which can be pushed together to make a big double bed.

4. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave and a kettle.

5. A dining zone in the kitchen with a table and six chairs.

6. A modern bathroom with shower.

7. A closed terrace with a view on old roofs of the city center.

We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
We offer you a private parking nearby.

A public parking along the street is paid. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside the apartment - just at the terrace with opened window, no parties, no any noise after 21:00. Seriously, neighbors can call the communal police if you disturb them.

Check-in time is from 14:00. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night. Check-out time is before 11:00.
