    The main living areas are located on the upper floor. Here, you will find a spacious, light-filled living room equipped with a sound system and a smart TV, opening onto a large terrace—ideal for peaceful breakfasts or dinners overlooking the stunning open views. A fully equipped modern kitchen completes this inviting space.



    The sleeping area features two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, as well as an additional bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk. They share a spacious bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The toilets are separate.



    At the pool level, you will find an independent studio. It offers a 160 cm bed, a cozy library corner, a laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen with unbreakable outdoor tableware—perfect for poolside dining. The studio also includes a shower room with a sink and a separate toilet.



    Designed for a relaxed holiday lifestyle, the villa offers multiple outdoor spaces to unwind, including a terrace, sun loungers, and cocoon-style chairs.



    A Weber barbecue and a plancha are also available for your use.
