The detached cottage, built in 1970 and renovated in 2017, is functionally furnished in typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny and secluded location on the edge of the forest. For shared use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area. Use of the taproom when ordering draught beer on request.


Location
Nova Ves nad Nisou, district Nova Ves nad Nisou, 700 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 7 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 35 m).
