"Pool was great for the kids! Airport shuttle was very helpful as we had an early morning flight & the shuttle arrived on time!"

"Don’t judge a book by its cover! The Rodd Grand Yarmouth looks a bit dated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. Our room was very nice, updated, comfortable, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was phenomenal: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from the front desk to the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. The hospitality really made our stay. Parking at the hotel itself was a little tight, but there is an additional lot directly across the street, so it wasn’t an issue. The location was also very convenient for getting to and from the ferry terminal. The updated, clean rooms and wonderful staff more than make up for the somewhat dated exterior. We would absolutely stay here again when traveling through Yarmouth."

"Staff members were friendly and attentive. The room was large and very comfortable as was the king sized bed but found the washroom on the small side. Would have liked more counter space for toiletries, especially when staying for 3 nights. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Parking at the hotel was expensive but convenient with in/out privileges. Appreciated in-room Nespresso maker with real cream in the fridge. Location was great, enjoyed spending time in the Public Garden which is just across the road and walking to restaurants and the waterfront. We had a nice stay."
