No geral foi boa. A princípio eu estava no quarto twin que nao tinha ar condicionado, paguei uma pequena diferença e fiquei num quarto melhor, com cama de casal e ar condicionado para aumentar a temperatura, visto que estava bem frio. Fui muito bem atendida pela Sandra e Catherine na recepção, muito simpaticas! Na cidade não há serviço de uber e ifood. O restaurante do hotel só funciona na janta, que inclusive é deliciosa a sopa no pão que pedi. Chuveiro bem quente e café da manhã excelente com várias opções, pena que tive de sair correndo para prestar um concurso.

Localização, serviço e conforto ótimos

O hotel está localizado próximo ao centro de Nova Prata, menos de 10min de carro. O restaurante do hotel para jantar é excelente, conforto bom dos quartos e local silencioso. Atendimento muito bom e garagem não é paga a parte.
