"Property was nice, good value for the money. We were there on a very warm day and it was difficult to cool the house out at night. A fan would’ve been nice. Listing on VRBO indicated there was a clothes dryer. There was not. We contacted the property manager regarding this, and he assisted us in finding a way to dry our clothes. The refrigerator was not working and the property manager was unable to get a repairman there on a Sunday evening but offered to reimburse us for ice. It is a lovely accommodation, just a couple of things that made it necessary to change some of our plans."

The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "
