The room was comfortable and quite spacious and the beds were also comfortable. The place is very convenient for the station and for public transport into the city and the University area. There are lots of food choices within the area including a large supermarket within walking distance. Our room on the front of the property was a bit noisy at night especially because it was so hot we needed the windows open. However it was generally fine and I would recommend it for visitors to the city.

Fair and good price

It was easy to gain access to the building and room. Bedding and shower were clean. Was helpful having a fridge. The room is a bit ‘tired’, but for the price it was absolutely fine. Having two king size beds was excellent. Good location. It was very warm weather during our visit so we had the windows open which meant it was quite noisy at night because of street traffic. Having a fan in there in summer months could be a nice idea.

Good budget accommodation

My two daughters and I needed budget accommodation for a couple of nights in Nottingham. This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious. Furnishings are simple but perfectly adequate. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave! Having not stayed in this type of property before, the remote check-in process caught me out initially - make sure you read the check-in email carefully! - but support was available by phone and it was quickly sorted. The room was warm (the weather was hot) and there is no air-conditioning - the windows do open to get some ventilation. (Sounds obvious, but not always the case in hotels!)
