The Old Rectory
A beautifully presented Old Rectory set in Nottinghamshire countryside, available to a range of different groups.
The property is newly renovated and includes 5 bedrooms, 2 large lounges with an outstanding and breath taking dining room. A stunning kitchen, hot tub and extensive gardens for family's to enjoy.
We have five bedrooms as follows: -
4 king bedrooms all with ensuites – his and her sinks, shower and baths
1 family room which includes 2 king beds
You will also find: a new kitchen with space for dining, butlers pantry, wine cellar and utility room Impressive dining room 2 large lounges Large outdoor patio area and beautiful outdoor cooking area with bbq area Downstairs toilet Hot Tub Impressive and large garden lawn
Guests will have access to the entire house, a car park and the house gardens including the hot tub and bbq area.
The property is very private with a code gate for entry and full outdoor cctv.
There is electric car charging available as well as WI-FI via the Star Link service by Space X.
All TV's are smart TV's so you can watch your Netflix, Disney + etc.
