Roger the staff member was dry nice,but hotel didn't even know id booked a room.I had to ask for towels,the bed was not very good,the room was clean but terrible furniture looked like junk to be honest.I know the room was a cheap room ut even so,the room needs to be better with nice furniture.Upon leaving there was nobody around to hand back the key,so I put it in the door lock and took a photo.The room didn't look like the room advertised.Very disappointed.

Upon arrival it was dark, there wasn’t really any lights on and it wasn’t welcoming at all. It looked very neglected. Our room was very poorly maintained. The mattress was clearly a very cheap mattress and this made for an awful nights sleep. The mattress didnt even fit the bed base, it was smaller than the base. This exposed what appeared to be paint splattered chipboard beneath the mattress. Very unsightly and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was absolute basic at very best. There was no mirror in the room at all, there was no shower curtain and there was chewing gum stuck to the floor. I have photo’s to show all of this. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Extremely disappointing.
