"Everything as advertised! Lovely house in the Normandy countryside, close to the WWII landing beaches and museums, and just over an hour away from Mont St Michel. The house has everything you need for a family stay, including a decent kitchen for home cooking and an outside dinner table. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and provided helpful advice on what to visit and where to find groceries. Definitely recommended!"

This is surely a hidden Gem! I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts. The hotel is full of artefacts from the WW2 D Day invasion. There’s even a C47 cockpit here, pictures of the invasion, bits and pieces that are just fascinating…. Get Paul, the owner to tell you about them and you will learn as much about D Day as visiting a museum… The hotel itself is a very nice comfortable place to stay, great room and bathroom. It’s 2 minutes walk into the restaurant area, as well as the waterfront that...
