LIVING SPACES
Villa Santa Teresa features a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Krups bean-to-cup coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, electric plancha grill, all necessary tableware, a television, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as an ironing board and iron).
A spacious, bright living room, open to the outdoors, features a large dining table as well as a bar inspired by Mexican culture. The room opens onto a relaxation lounge with sofas and armchairs, along with a games area featuring a foosball table.

SLEEPING AREA
Villa Santa Teresa includes 7 bedrooms, with 4 double beds and 6 single beds (which can be converted into 3 double beds), as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

OUTDOOR SPACES
At Villa Santa Teresa, unique outdoor moments await you… Picture a large wooden terrace, a convivial dining area designed for big gatherings, a lounge corner with large wooden sofas and hammocks, all shielded from view, amid varied and lush vegetation. A gas barbecue completes this space.
The villa also features a large beach volleyball court for hours of entertainment with family or friends.

PREMIUM SERVICES
To extend your wellbeing and elevate your stay, Villa Santa Teresa also features a private spa and a swim spa. These private services are optional, at a cost of €100 for the duration of the stay. An aquabike is also available for your use.

THE LE SHERWOOD ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your haven of peace between the state-owned forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
A legacy of its past as a holiday camp, the estate has been redesigned into a small, friendly, entirely pedestrian village. Our 17 semi-detached villas blend into this wooded setting to create a true hamlet atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: with tranquility as our watchword, each accommodation has its own private green setting. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private spa, available as an option) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: use the estate's shared pathways to access the region's many cycle paths directly and reach the beach within minutes. You will also be close to shops, and the ferry terminals for Île d'Yeu and Île de Noirmoutier, as well as Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
At reception: Molkky sets, pétanque, board games, rackets, and paddles available. Our team welcomes you every day to assist you throughout your stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Private, gated parking at night.
The end-of-stay cleaning package at €250 is mandatory.
You can also request cleaning during your stay for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, we offer early check-in and late check-out for €180 (subject to availability, by reservation).
The private spa (swim spa and 6-person spa) is optional, at a cost of €100 for the duration of your stay.
Bed linens are provided.
Bath towels are not provided. Renting a towel kit costs €7 per person. Bathrobes can also be rented at €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that do not bark/disturb others are accepted for €15.
If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.
A security deposit of €1,500 will be requested upon arrival via credit card pre-authorization (amount not debited and released upon departure).
