At the top of Mont Lachat, half chalet built on three levels with a surface area of 55 sqm 10 sqm less than 1.80m, balcony facing south, exceptional view of the Mont Rond massif and the valley.

Description:

- At level N entrance with wardrobe cupboard; bathroom with bath and toilet.
- on level N 1: a large bedroom with a double bed (140) and access to a SOUTH balcony; 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (3x90).
- On the lower level: a bright living room with lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed (2x90), television, dining area and decorative fireplace; access to a splendid balcony / terrace; independent kitchen with a serving hatch opening onto the living room: electric hob, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher; WASHING MACHINE ; Independent toilets. Bedding equipped with duvets.

* Private ski locker located in a wooden cupboard next to the front door.
* This splendid half chalet does not have private parking. It is advisable to park in the upper part on a municipal road.
* Animals not accepted. Non-smoking rental.

OUR OPINION: The preferred location for lovers of Notre Dame de Bellecombe: an incomparable view and exposure! The half chalet is located at the foot of the connecting ski slope, departure and return possible by ski when snow conditions permit. A terrace bathed in sunshine in winter and summer. Immediate proximity to shops: in short, a dream vacation awaits you! Note: Access to the chalet by exterior wooden stairs (30).

The co-ownership Les Chalets de Cassiopée is located at the foot of the connecting slope (blue slope) which enables you to have a direct access to the slopes of Espace Diamant ski area. Ski school at 3.5km (Mont Rond). Mini market and pizzeria restaurant at 20m. Centre village at 5km.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192km of slopes and its 6 resorts-villages linked (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the nicest area of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Facing SOUTH, you will have the sun all day. It is a quiet and preserved area, with an exceptional open-view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the co-ownership.

Nous avons passe un agreable sejour à Notre dame de Bellecombe,chouette randonnee et activités au alentour. La propreté du chalet etait cependant mediocre à notre arrivée, tâche collante au sol, poussiere au sol, vaisselle sale et déchet dans la poubelle . Ensuite fer a repasser avec cablage électrique à nu , accident evite de justesse . Bref déception niveau location et retour de l agence maigre par rapport à notre vécu
