Beds made on arrival. Terrace + common ground. Notre Dame de Bellecombe/Espace Diamant ski at 200 m, the seizures 8 km. Superb 19th fine traditional farmhouse renovated in 200 m of tracks. Residential quiet. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very spacious. Nice and cosy. Complete equipment of quality. Wide terrace. Large outdoor area of prairie (4000 m²). Beautiful panoramic views. Superb traditional farmhouse from the end of the 19th century renovated 200m from the slopes of the village resort of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe. 12 km away, Les Saisies, famous Olympic Nordic area (120km of cross-country trails). Privileged location in the heart of the Beaufortain/Val d'Arly massif for hiking and cycling. Many legendary Alpine passes! Territory classified as "Land of Art and History". Close to the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, prestigious tourist route between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. An ideal destination in the Pays du Mont-Blanc!
