"No food one day, not breakfast no dinner and didn't explain next day would be. Bathroom with hais and never clean them, poor toilet paper. Very far from everything!! I wouldnt recommend"

"The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem with them. I had an issue with the shower, I informed reception and within 5 minutes the maintenance were there and fixed the shower straight away. There is a free courtesy bus which took me to Ao nang, and picked me up later in the day. The coffee machine delivers free coffee and it is delicious. The hotel itself is an older one, but well maintained and I really liked it. I particularly liked the swimming pool, which had plenty of sun loungers. There's a 7-11 almost next door, and some very good restaurants nearby. The bed was firmer than I liked, but I still had a good sleep. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room nice and cool. The black out curtains were full length and kept out any form of lighting of a night. There's a decent sized balcony which could have done with a couple of chairs and a small table, for the morning coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I have would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"Due to the very incorrect description by expedia this accommodation didn't really live up to expectations, although in a lovely setting with great pool villa was very basic, if you wanted clean towels, bedding or bins emptied you had to request it at reception as cleaning was not done automatically, there is no free shuttle or breakfast or being on the beach as per description, you definitely need a car or bike to get around as an isolated area, the owner/ manager did say they had notified Expedia regarding this but nothing had been updated. On the plus side Na on reception was wonderful, so helpful and dealt with any requests efficiently and with a smile, for what we paid it was ok but feel Expedia need to take some responsibility for negative reviews as much as the property "
