Beautiful, private, cozy, a room, a full bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, balconies, perfect for remote work and viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean, located in a private residential area in the middle of the Montana de Guanacaste 5 minutes from Garza Beach and 10 minutes from Nosara, fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.

Room with double bed, closet space and exit to two balconies and air conditioning . Located within a very safe and quiet private residential area. Garza is a quaint little beach village/fishing village. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature, the ocean and the beach.
We are just before Nosara, which is a quiet and lively village with a wide variety of tourist attractions and several restaurants and shops.
