The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements.

Enjoyed quick swims in pool in front of building. Nice view from lanai. I found the unit to be a bit noisy tho (road noise, landscapers and unit above dragging chairs on their floor).
