"This place was better then we thought. It was very spacious, beds were extra comfy and the kitchen was super stocked. Think Grandma’s house with all the essentials and pretty much anything you could think of. I would have loved if there was a little oil and salt and pepper available for cooking without having to buy it but it was so good. The pool is not huge but it was normally quiet and all ours.. the beach is super close and also quiet. Seriously playa Flamingo was crazy but Potrero. So calm...

"We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon."

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."

"We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses."

"Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet."

"Great Location and View! Ilya was a great host and was able to give us a walk though of the condo upon arrive that was very helpful. Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. This has been my best experience with a VRBO rental by far thanks to him. 10/10 would work again with Ilya and hope to be back sooner than later! "
