Spacious Norwich Lanes Apartment with Roof Terrace

  • Summary:

    Located in the historic Norwich Lanes, this apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this apartment features 2 bedrooms, spacious living area, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It also boasts a large roof terrace with seating and sun loungers.



    The Space:

    Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them.



    Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; sumptuous velvet sofa and armchair with throws, smart TV and free wi-fi too.



    Bedroom 1 - Featuring a large windows overlooking St Andrew's Church, the first-floor bedroom is light and airy and features a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a full length mirror and its own en-suite bath/shower room and toilet.



    Bedroom 2 - Located on the 2nd floor, the second bedroom has a king size bed as standard. If you would prefer 2 twin beds, please let us know upon booking.



    Shower room 1 - The family shower room is located between the kitchen and living area. Towels are provided for each guest.



    Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots and stair gates as these are not provided.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.



    There is flexible, paid parking available just a 4 minute walk from the property. You will receive information about this along with your check-in details.



    Please note this is a strictly no smoking property.



    Access is on the ground floor with stairs up to the living area and first bedroom. The second bedroom is located on the second floor.

    An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.



    Please note this is a city centre property, therefore there is potential for noise.

We booked the apartment for a weekend away and we're really impressed by the whole experience. Great location, really cool decor and had everything we needed. We contacted the property manager both before and during our stay and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location smack-dab in the ancient city streets. Everything at our doorstep: museums, cafes, restaurants, shopping, theaters, library, transportation. Lovely large flat with generous outdoor space, 2 separate bedrooms and bath- extremely well outfitted kitchen. 100% recommend if you’re visiting Norwich

A fantastic apartment in an excellent location. A very well maintained property, fully equipped and everything was easy to use. Easy walking distance to the market, shops and cathedral and a wide range of eateries. Even with a dodgy hip and a bad knee between the two of us we still managed the stairs, but slowly!! Would definitely stay again.

Great summer break

2 couples stayed for mini break in July. Great location, Air Norfolk were great at communicating with us. The property was very clean, very well appointed with nice touches of milk , coffe pods, and dishwasher tablets left for our use. Rooms comfortable, wool be back. . Definitely

Great flat in great location

Two couples stayed in the flat on mini break to Norwich. The chrck in process was very easy, the flat itself was spacious, very clean and well appointed.sadly the westher meant we didn't venture out onto the roof terrace, but it looked like a lovely space to be enjoyed in warmer weather. The location of the flat was very central in the city, and this made for an excellent base to explore the city. We are looking to book again i the summer.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with modern and quality appliances. Large living space. Comfortable beds. Flat was very clean. It is centrally located, so excellent for exploring the city, however that does mean it is noisy, so those that sleep lightly might be impacted. I would rate this property very highly.
