You will have access to the entire house except the utility and supply room.
It is conveniently located between NYC, Boston and RI with easy access to I-395. Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos, beaches, Mystic Aquarium, CT Wine trail, Slater Museum, Mohegan Park, Millionaire Row, Chelsea Parade Ground.
