Hidden in the suburbs and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city lies Catton Old Hall, a quirky Grade II listed home dating from 1632 full of history and charm. There is on-site parking for 10 cars with regular city bus route nearby. Also electric scooters and bike hire available outside of the property. Perfect for family trips, friend getaways, shopping trips, city breaks or as a base for exploring the Norfolk Broads & Coast.
Main house You are greeted by the old wooden stair case and huge hallway. The sitting room is to the left of the front door with a huge log burner, large 55 inch tv on the wall and 3 large sofas easily seating 10 people.
The Billiards/Games Room is situated to the right of the front door with 3 sofas, huge fire place & log burner, along with a 2 in 1 pool and air hocky table.
We offer a great size kitchen, with duel sided log burner, a rangemaster electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine , fridge freezer & an Island that seats 8.
The impressive Dining room boasts 180 degree views of the garden, and seats 20 guests along 2 dining tables. We can not change bed configurations
Bed 1 - First Floor, super king bedroom, 65 inch tv, ensuite with freestanding bath, shower, toilet and sink. Bed 2 - First floor, super king bedroom, tv, wooden hand carved fire place, built in wardrobes, with ensuite with freestanding bath, shower, toilet and sink. Bed 3 - First floor, super king bedroom, tv, ensuite with whirlpool bath/shower and bidet, toilet and sink. Bed 4 - Second floor- Super king bedroom with tv and ensuite with bath/shower. Bed 5 - Second floor - Super king bedroom with tv and ensuite shower, toilet, basin.
Annex You will find a self contained annex interjoined to the main house, offering you a unique space, with its own courtyard, entrance to back garden and kitchen.
Ground floor annex Bed 6 – Family room with double bed and single bed – private exit to the courtyard . This room has an ensuite / shower. Bed 7 – Double bed room. Annex Study / Overflow Single Room - Desk and sofa bed which can be used as an over flow single room. Please note, Boiler is located in a cupboard in this room and does make a small amount of noise when running. Annex kitchen – dishwasher, single oven. sink, cupboard space, fridge.

Rear Garden area Large enclosed dog safe back garden, with wrap around decking leading you up to the garden gazebo and newly renovated entertaining area and an outside ping pong table for your enjoyment. 2 drinks fridges, outside sink and BBQ along with a 6 seater hot tub and garden seating.
Up to 5 dogs allowed (never to be left unattended).
The property is further complimented in its sought after location, just two miles to the capital city of Norwich with a regular nearby city bus route, 10 minute car journey from Norwich International Airport and 10 minutes car journey to Norwich Train Station.
