Located in a peaceful Norfolk village surrounded by glorious countryside, you are also less than 3 miles from the popular market town of Aylsham, an attractive town of consisting of cobbled streets and narrow alleys offering an interesting array of shops, eateries and a twice-weekly market. To the north 9 miles away, the resort of Cromer is a perfect example of a traditional English seaside town with a sandy beach, a pier with traditional entertainment, and an excellent range of independent cafes, pubs, and restaurants, many of which allow diners to enjoy fresh local seafood. Heading south, the city of Norwich is just 15 miles away, whilst the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads are 12 miles and can be reached with ease by car.

Located on the owners' grounds you enter this charming bungalow that was recently built with a home away from home feel in mind. You arrive in the hallway which leads off to the bedrooms, shower rooms, and living areas. Heading to the right you arrive in the open-plan kitchen and dining area which also then leads off to the cosy lounge area to the back of the house which boasts fields views. The kitchen has everything the chef of the group needs to lovingly prepare a hearty meal and here you have the use of an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Once dinner is served then head over to the dining table which has four seats and provides a lovely spot to catch up and exchange stories. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas which surround a Smart TV, so cosy up with loved ones and put your favourite show on with garden and field views providing a relaxing backdrop. Heading back down the hallway you have one bedroom that is a double room with access to the bed from one side and has use of a shower room and WC next door. At the bottom of the hallway is the master bedroom which has a king-size bed, a large wall-mounted Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room and WC.

Access to the spacious and enclosed garden and patio area is accessed via either the front door or the patio doors off the lounge and here it leads to a patio area with a table and chairs and on a spring or summers evening would be a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or two and a spot of al-fresco dining whilst you unwind and watch the sun go down. There is secure bike storage available in the owner's shed upon request. There is also private off-road parking for up to two vehicles.
