Staff are super friendly welcoming and helpful. This hotel should be a 5* Even the food and bar service is top tier Room serviced everyday The hairdryer is kept in bedroom drawer in a black bag which saves space . Bathroom was so nice and shower was great We were here for 4 days! And I’d definitely recommend here and this is my go to hotel when visit Manny"

"Loved everything about the property, just a little bit of a walk to central attractions, however really enjoyed the hotel and facilities and size of rooms, Dining experience was great, got back after cut off for food one night but they accommodated us in the bar area so we didn’t go hungry, Definitely a thumbs up from us"

"Obviously new, very clean, facilities excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for events at Etihad / Co-op. But - Expedia - you need to update your info. There is no parking at this hotel - you're at the mercy of local car parks, and dropping off if you arrive by car is not easy either. The hotel is right on the ring road with no car access at all."

Staff were understanding even when I checked out early but had to come back later on that day due to technical issues with my phone. Original room was a bit lackluster, second much better "
