"The whole hotel was spotless literally the restrooms in the lobby down to the restaurant and the rooms were perfectly clean. Good food at the restaurant and the whole staff was amazing "

"Lovely property with a great location. It could use updates in the rooms but they are clean and good size."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly just not the guy on night shift, he didn’t acknowledge any of the nights or when we would go in or out. The parking was egh, traveling with small children and had to park super far away. Air conditioner was great. Bath tub was chipped and rough. It wasn’t a bad place all in all. Just a few things that can be fixed."

"The room was pretty worn down especially the bathroom. The shower pressure was so hard you literally could not shower. When I brought this up to the front desk, they pretty much did not care. It's not like it used to be."

"After traveling eight hours, we arrived and they said they overbooked so we didn’t have a room. Spent over an hour looking for another hotel, very unhappy."

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage"
