"There was no landscaping in the front yard which the picture did show. The red dirt was all right there at the front door and it was hard to keep from bringing it inside. The floors were not clean. There was a roach in the kitchen and one crawled across my friend's foot and up the wall in the bedroom. The drawers in the primary bath were disgusting. The primary shower was lovely and the water got hot quickly. As for the spare bathroom, it is very small. The shower never had hot water...
