"My stay was very lovely! The host provided complimentary snacks and drinks which was much needed after the long drive there ! The space was very nice and super clean . The host was very responsive and super sweet as well. The only thing I would change is the check in process. It was a tad bit difficult finding the correct building (which the host did help) but after getting into the parking garage it was a little confusing on which elevator to use. "The property itself was good—much like what was described. The 3 bed/baths were perfect for my family of 6! However, the check-in process was sketchy, at best. I had to call the host several times to get information about how to access the property. Messaging the host was futile. Common amenities, e.g., iron, broom, and sufficient towels, were lacking. "

"The listing was accurate. The location is great for midtown commute. Communication was good. Only had 2 issues: first day had to take a cold shower. Communicated with host and had to do self service to flip switches in the breaker box. Second issue was ants in the second bathroom and kitchen area. This issue wasn't resolved prior to departure. "
