"I was there for a convention and the walk to the convention center was about 4 minutes. I walked outside and used the skywalk as well. So convenient! The staff was extremely friendly. Next time in Reno that is my go-to place to stay."

"They did have security at least. However there was homeless people around the property. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. There was stains on the walls. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. Neither did 2 of the lights. The lobby and elevators were clean also."
