"It is an excellent hotel. Worth the value very much and with very helpful and nice front desk staff Deni,Martin and also service staff. Room was comfortable and soundproof. Yes we are next to the trams and close to the train stations but no sound was heard. The breakfast was really good and with plenty of variety! I was expecting something average and my experience surpassed our expectations. Thank you!😊 "

"We didn't want the wine so were given other beverages. The staff was extra helpful. There is a small art gallery on site. Very convenient location. Only 15 walk to Serdika Metro Station. "
