Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!

This location absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for a quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it! Raya - lovely front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous and helped me tremendously. Hotel did not have room available for one more night so Raya helped me find room at nearby hotel. Strongly recommend this place!

All was perfect !!! The room was clean and well furnish. The young woman at the reception was the kindness person of earth. She helped us for Sofia s visit and found vegan restaurant too!!!! Amazing!!!

The location is perfect. The accommodation is very spacious and walking distance to all major attractions. There are a few places near that have amazing food and a Lidl to buy things near. My only complaint is that the key hole is large enough to see through and under the door. The biggest reason why we gave it an overall two star is because the shower had black mold, the drain was not draining water fast enough to the point the water would flood the toilet area. The wall by the main door was broken. Besides that, it would have gotten 3-4 stars. The kitchen had the basics of what we needed.

The stay was most pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. It is in a quiet area but near everything. The gentleman in the front desk is extremely professional. The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and a self laundry room. They do your laundry for a fee and it is fast.

One bedroom unit was spacious, large closet in bedroom, high pressure shower in bathroom. It was sparsely furnished and had limited supplies in the kitchenette, a microwave should be included along with more dishes such as large mugs and bowls, tea or coffee pot and kitchen towels. The TV in the bedroom was very small and too far up on the wall to watch. The shower in the bathroom would leak onto the floor every time. Lack of storage space in the bathroom .

Cozy and roomy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Receptionist was helpful and friendly, the kitchen was comprehensive and the little balcony was charming. The price and location were also excellent. It is not a major top tier hotel but for modest traveller will be more than enough

Highly recommend!

Specious, comfortable apartment, good location, clean and quiet. Gentleman at front desk was friendly and accommodating. My only complaints: Wifi was very weak (at least on 4th floor), shower was clogged, no microwave.
