"Amazing going back .soon. breakfast spot.on..room lovely a big bedroom big too Taxi drivers who we used Judith was amazing. The only thing i could say was the bar we waiting 10 minutes and the bar staff was no where to be seen .so back to room for a cuppa and biscuit...."

"Lovely, clean room (Muckle). Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few little niggles, such as the tv remote had no cover over the batteries and didn’t work properly as a result. No coffee machine or mini fridge, both pretty standard these days, even in much less expensive rooms. The decor, both room and hotel generally, is really nicely done, and overall, we had a lovely stay. No better recommendation than to say we would definitely stay there again. "

"The house is in a lovely hamlet of holiday homes about 10 mins drive to Bamburgh. It’s got lots of space for a big family gathering and is close to good hiking paths. It is, however, a little rough around the edges. Lots of aspects of the property need a good refresh & I wouldn’t say that the marketing photos match the actual place. The listing also says it’s a .6 of a mile to a pub but that is not the case - the closest one is a 10 minute drive away. Maybe this is all priced in but it felt a little shabby, especially compared with the other properties in the same complex. "
