"The Lobby. Great. Loved both staff members. Motel style. Room is clean. But renovation paint on floor. Mirror not renovated missing it’s silver why because renovation is nice Outside and parking lot dirty trash cigarette butts weeds etc. Both my concerns here are easily fixed. "

"Overpriced, dirty, and rude staff avoid Paid a premium for three nights and got a run-down room with a side of contempt. We arrived during the French Quarter Festival a major annual event the hotel knew was happening to find every street to the property closed. Spent over an hour driving in circles until a police officer helped us through. No heads-up from the hotel, no guidance for guests using valet. Front desk shrugged and offered two drink vouchers. The room was worse: peeling wallpaper in multiple spots, long hairs in the bathroom, and dried snot on the shower curtain. I called to report it and was told they'd "already given me drink vouchers" and I "should be happy with what I got." I never cared about the drinks I wanted a clean room. When I asked to speak to a manager, the front desk blocked the escalation. Overcharged, wrong room, filthy bathroom, rude staff. There are far better places in the Quarter for the money. Stay anywhere else."

"Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We actually had another reservation before this, but they refused check-in because we have a large dog. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place instead — and everything turned out perfect.The property is directly connected to the river, so our dogs were able to swim and enjoy themselves, which made the trip even more special. The interior was also very stylish, clean, and luxurious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling with dogs.I know how difficult it can be to find accommodations when traveling with large dogs. That’s why I’m especially grateful for hosts like this who welcome guests and their dogs so warmly.I also hope guests will be considerate in return — cleaning up after themselves and leaving the property in good condition at check-out. I think that mutual respect is what helps places like this continue to stay pet-friendly for future travelers."

I wasn’t happy that I stayed two weeks and they charged me $20 for a one hour early check-in on the day I arrived. and during my two weeks day, they don’t offer any maid service. I did get them to bring me fresh towels,"
